(Atlas Exchange) صرافی اطلس

شرکت صرافی اطلس در سال ۱۳۹۲ پس از اخذ مجوزهای لازم از بانک مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در جزیره کیش با شماره ثبت ۱۰۵۶۶ تاسیس و راه اندازی گردید و سپس دفاتر خود را در امارات، عراق، ترکیه و چین تبلیغ کرد. شرکت صرافی اطلس طرف قرارداد با بانک های معتبر ایران با داشتن نیروهای متخصص و مدیران مجرب خدماتی ارائه می‌کند.

مالک صرافی اطلس، محمد وکیلی  در امارات مقیم است. وکیلی در روزنامه رسمی شرکت‌ها به عنوان مدیر عامل و عضو هیئت مدیره ذکر شده است. او همچنین عضو هیئت مدیره بانک انصار، تحت کنترل سپاه پاسداران هست.

صرافی اطلس توسط OFAC‌ به عنوان بخشی از شبکه تامین مالی خارجی مرتبط با صرافی انصار ایران معرفی شده است. به قول OFAC این شبکه مسئول ارائه خدمات تبدیل ارز برای سایر نهادهای تحریم شده ایرانی بوده و صدها میلیون دلار کالا و خدمات را به وزارت دفاع و پشتیبانی نیروهای مسلح (MODAFL) و سپاه پاسداران ارائه کرده است. صرافی اطلس به دلیل کمک، حمایت، مالی یا خدمات مالی، مادی یا فنی به صرافی انصار تحریم شده است.

Atlas Exchange

Atlas Exchange was founded in 2013, and after obtaining the necessary licences, opened its first office on Kish Island, with registration number 10566. Later, it advertised offices in the UAE, Turkey and China. The company offers services at a contracting party of specialized employees to reputable banking houses.

The owner of Atlas Exchange, Mohammad Vakili, is resident in the UAE. According to the business gazette of Iran, he is the managing director and member of the board at the company. He is also listed as a member of the board of directors of Ansar Exchange, which has IRGC links.

Atlas Exchange is understood to be a part of the Ansar Exchange network, a sanctioned entity that provides foreign financial provision. According to OFAC, Atlas Exchange provides millions of dollars worth of assistance and material to other Iranian sanctioned organisations, including MODAFL and the IRGC. Atlas Exchange is sanctioned for its financial assistance to Ansar Exchange.
