شرکت سیما شیپینگ در سال ۲۰۰۸ میلادی در والتا، مالت تاسیس شد. اسناد پارادایس که در سال ۲۰۱۷ میلادی  منتشر شد نشان داد که این شرکت شرکت پوششی شرکت ملی نفتکش ایران بود.

در سال ۲۰۲۳ میلادی، سیما شیپینگ به دلیل روابطی بین خود و شرکت ملی نفتکش ایران توسط ایالات متحده آمریکا تحریم شد.

شهروندان ایرانی  بنام غلام علی اسفندیاری و شهریاری ساسانیان مدیران شرکت سیما شیپینگ هستند.

Sima Shipping Company were founded in 2008 in Valetta, Malta. The Paradise Papers, which were published in 2017, showed that Sima Shipping was a front company for National Iranian Tanker Company.

Due to its relationship with National Iranian Tanker Company, Sima Shipping was sanctioned by the US in 2023.

ّIranian citizens Gholamali Esfandiary and Shariyar Sasanian are the directors of the company.
