شرکت صنعتی دریایی ایران به اختصار صدرا، یکی از بزرگترین شرکت‌های صنایع دریایی ایرانی است که در سال ۱۳۴۸ شمسی در بوشهر تاسیس شد. امروزه این شرکت در حوزه‌های خدمات مهندسی، کشتی‌سازی، ساخت و نصب پایانه‌های نفتی و تاسیسات فراساحلی نفت گاز، بندرگاه‌ها، حفاظت ساحلی و اسکله‌سازی فعالیت می‌کند.
در حال حاضر، دفتر مرکزی صدرا در تهران واقع است اما نیز چند دفتر و کارخانه سراسر ایران و نیز دفتری در ونزوئلا دارد.
بخاطر اینکه این شرکت در برنامه هسته‌ای ایران و هم متعلق به قرارگاه سازندگی خاتم‌الانبیاء است که یکی از ارگان‌های سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی محسوب می‌شود و نیز تحریم شده است، صدرا تحت تحریم آمریکا، انگلیس، اتحادیه اروپا و سازمان ملل قرار گرفته است.

Iran Marine Industry Company
The Iran Marine Industrial Company, abbreviated as SADRA, is one of the largest companies in the Iranian marine industry, which was established in 1969 in Bushehr.
Today, the company operates in the fields of engineering services, shipbuilding, construction and installation of oil terminals and offshore oil and gas facilities, ports, coastal protection and dock construction.
Currently, SADRA is headquartered in Tehran, but it also has several offices and factories throughout Iran, as well as an office in Venezuela.
SADRA has been sanctioned because it is part of Iran's nuclear program and also belongs to the Khatam al-Anbiya Construction Base, an organ of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), and is sanctioned by the United States, Britain, the European Union, and the United Nations.
