جگویندر برار (شماره شناسایی ۰۱۸۷۲۹۹۸) ۲۲ اسفند ۱۳۴۰ در کت کپورا، هند به دنیا آمد. او همچنین بعنوان نام‌های جگویندر سینگ و جگویندر سینگ برار شناخته می شود. او یک تاجر هندی است که در امارات متحده عربی و هند مشغول به کار است و در حال حاضر در دبی، امارت اقامت دارد. شرکت او، Glory International، مالک و اداره کننده بیش از ۳۰ نفتکش است.

بین بهمن سال ۱۴۰۰ و مهر سال ۱۴۰۱، کشتی‌ها Global Emerald (ای‌ام‌او ۸۹۸۲۸۸۸)، Global Peak (ای‌ام‌او ۹۱۲۵۷۱۲)، و Global Star (ای‌ام‌او ۹۱۶۴۵۰۰) که متعلق به Prime Tankers محصولات نفتی به مجموع ۲۵۰۰۰ تن را در بندر عباس، ایران، برای انتقال به عمان و امارات، بارگیری کردند.

Jugwinder Singh Brar is an Indian businessman who operates in Indian and the UAE. He is a resident of Dubai. His company, Glory International, owns and operates a fleet of over 30 oil tankers. Many of these vessels operate within Iran's 'shadow fleet' which carry out high-risk ship-to-ship transfers of Iranian petroleum in waters off Iraq, Iran, the UAE, and the Gulf of Oman. Through these companies Brar manages a fleet of nearly 30 oil and petroleum tankers. In 2024, the Glory International-operated and managed Nadiya smuggled Iranian oil on behalf of the Iranian military. As evidenced in several NIOC contracts signed in 2024, worth millions of dollars, Glory International-owned vessels Global Beauty (IMO:9221267) and Global Eagle (IMO: 9422847) were selected to provide fuel transfer services to vessels in Iranian waters. OFAC sanctioned NIOC on 26th October 2020 under E.O.13224 for providing support to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force (IRGC-QF). In mid-2023, MODAFL front companies Sahara Thunder and Asia Marine Crown Agency co-ordinated a ship-to-ship transfer of more than 10,000 tons of Iranian petroleum from the National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC)-owned Dune to Prime Tankers-owned and Glory International-operated Global Elegance (IMO:9232955). Between February and November 2022, the Prime Tankers-owned vessel Global Emerald (IMO: 8982888), Global Peak (IMO: 9125712), and Global Star (IMO: 9164500) loaded more than 25,000 tons of petroleum products in Bandar Abbas, Iran for delivery to Oman and the UAE.
