شرکت شاسی ساز ایران یک شرکت تابعه از گروه بهمن است که قطعات خودرو را برای بازار داخلی ایران تولید می‌کند. این شرکت در سال ۱۳۶۵ بعنوان بخشی از برنامه‌ای برای ایجاد یک پایگاه تولید شاسی خودرو داخلی در کشور تاسیس شده و در سال ۱۳۷۲ به بخش خصوصی تحویل داده شد. شرکت شاسی ساز ایران تولید کننده قطعات یدکی خودروهای سبک و سنگین است.
تحریم‌ها علیه «ICM» توسط ایالات متحده پس از حمله ایران به اسرائیل در ۲۵ فروردین سال ۱۴۰۳ اعمال شدند. در قالب شرکت تابعه‌ای از گروه بهمن، شرکتی که حمایت مادی را به سپاه پاسداران و سایر نهادها تامین می‌کند شناخته می‌شود.
مخصوصاً ، شرکت شاسی ساز ایران مقدار زیادی فولاد از شرکت مبارکه خریداری می‌کند که بعنوان یک منبع درآمد برای بنیاد تعاونی بسیج، که خود نهادی تحریم شده است، استفاده می‌شود.

Iranian Chassis Manufacturing Company
The Iranian Chassis Manufacturing Company(ICM) is a subsidary of Bahman Group which produces vehicle parts for the domestic market. The company was established in 1986 as part of the program to create a domestic chassis production hub.
The company was handed to the private sector in 1993 and produces parts for light and heavy vehicles.
The US implemented sanctions after Iran attacked Israel on 14 April 2024.
As a subsidary of Bahman Group, the company provides material support to the IRGC and other organisations.
In particular, ICM purchases large amounts of steel from the Mubarakeh Steel Company which is a source of income for the Basij Cooperative Foundation which itself is a sanctioned entity.
