حسین پورفرزانه
حسین پورفرزانه که اخیراً به عنوان سرپرست سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری ایران منصوب شده است در سال ۱۳۵۱ بدنیا آمد. او فارغ التحصیل رشته مهندسی مکانیک در مقطع دکتری از دانشگاه صنعتی شریف است و بیش از سه دهه در صنعت هوایی ایران فعالیت کرده است، به خصوص به عنوان سر مهندس در شرکت دفتر طراحی سامانه‌های قوای محرکه فرزانگار.
او به عنوان یکی از خبرگان این حوزه شناخته می شود و بیشتر در زمینه سامانه‌های قوای محرکه هوایی تجربه دارد. این انتصاب (سرپرست سازمان هواپیمایی) در مهر ماه ۱۴۰۳ توسط وزیر راه و شهرسازی انجام شد.
پورفرزانه پیشتر مشاور مدیرعامل مپنا، مدیریت پروژه‌های نیروگاهی ایران بوده و از سوی آمریکا و انگلیس در ارتباط با حمایت‌های نظامی مداوم ایران، از جمله تحویل اخیر موشک های بالستیک به روسیه تحریم شده است.

Hossein Pourfarzaneh
Hossein Pourfarzaneh, who has recently been selected as the head of the Iranian Civil Aviation Organization, was born in 1973. He graduated with a doctorate in mechanical engineering from Shariff Unioversity of Technology and has been active in the Iranian aerospace indusry for three decades, notably as the chief engineer of Farzanegan Propulsion Systems Design Bureau.
He is recognised as an expert in this field, and is especially experienced in propulsion systems. This appointment (head of the Iranian Civil Aviation Organization) was made by the minister for roads and urban development in October 2024.
Pourfarzaneh was previously an advisor to the CEO of Iran Power Plant Projects Management Company (MAPNA), and has been sanctioned by the United States and United Kingdom in connection with Iran's ongoing military support to Russia, including the recent delivery of ballistic missiles.
