رَوا مجید/شبکه فاکسترات
شبکه فاکسترات، یک باند جنایی قدرتمند با ریشه‌های ایرانی است که در حال حاضر یکی از بزرگترین چالش‌های امنیتی سوئد به شمار می‌رود. این شبکه عمدتاً در تجارت مواد مخدر به ویژه کانابیس، کوکائین و آمفاتامین فعالیت دارد و به خشونت شهره است.
فاکسترات با تکیه بر ساختار قبیله‌ای و روابط خانوادگی، نفوذ خود را در شهرهای مختلف سوئد گسترش داده و با باندهای رقیب درگیر شده است. در سال ۲۰۲۳، موجی از تیراندازی‌ها و انفجارها مرتبط با این شبکه، توجه رسانه‌ها را به خود جلب کرد.
در ژانویه ۲۰۲۴، یک وسیله انفجاری در محوطه سفارت اسرائیل در استکهلم کشف شد. در ارتباط با این رویداد و رویدادهای مشابه، نام فاکسترات به میان آمد و جمهوری اسلامی ایران از سوی دولت‌های سوئد، آمریکا و اسرائیل متهم شد که با این گروه همکاری کند. سپس سرویس امنیتی سوئد طی یک نشست مطبوعاتی کم‌سابقه، دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران را به «انجام اقدامات خلاف و خشونت‌آمیز در سوئد و سایر کشورها از طریق شبکه‌ای از تبهکاران» متهم کرد. رئیس سرویس امنیتی سوئد در این نشست گفت: «اگرچه اهداف مورد حمله این باندهای تبهکار، عمدتا گروه‌ها و مخالفان سیاسی دولت ایران است، اما نمایندگان کشورهایی مانند اسرائیل و سازمان‌ها و مؤسسات یهودی نیز از سوی آن هدف قرار می‌گیرند».
اکنون، روا مجید، رئیس شبکه، و علی غضبان، از اعضای کلیدی آن، توسط سوئد و آمریکا تحریم شده‌اند. این تحریم‌ها شامل مسدود شدن دارایی‌ها و محدودیت‌های سفر و تجاری است و با هدف تضعیف نفوذ این باند اعمال شده‌اند.

Foxtrot Network
The Foxtrot network, a powerful criminal gang with Iranian links, is currently one of the biggest security challenges in Sweden. The network is primarily active in drug trafficking, particularly cannabis, cocaine, and amphetamines, and is known for its violence.
Foxtrot relies on a tribal structure and family ties, and has expanded its influence in various Swedish cities and clased with rival gangs. In 2023, a wave of shootings and explosions linked to the network attracted media attention.
In January 2024, an explosive device was discovered on the premises of the Israeli embassy in Stockholm. Foxtrot was named in connection with this and similar incidents, and the Islamic Republic of Iran was accused by the governments of Sweden, the United States, and Israel of collaborating with them. The Swedish Security Service then, in a rare press conference, accused the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran of “carrying out illegal and violent acts in Sweden and other countries through a network of criminals.” The head of the Swedish Security Service said at the conference: “Although the targets of these gangs are mainly groups and political opponents of the Iranian government, they also target representatives of countries such as Israel and Jewish organizations and institutions.”
Now Rawa Majid, head of the network, and Ali Ghazban, a key member, have veen sanctioned by the US. These sanctions include asset freezes and travel bans, aimed at weakining the influence of the group
