شرکت هواپیمایی ملی ونزوئلا (EANSA) و خوزه خسوس اوردانتا گونزالس
یک شرکت ونزوئلایی و رئیس آن به دلیل خرید هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین ایرانی تحریم شدهاند. شرکت هواپیمایی ملی ونزوئلا (EANSA) که در پایتخت این کشور مستقر است، نگهداری و نظارت بر مونتاژ پهپادهای سری مهاجر ساخت صنایع هوایی قدس را در ونزوئلا بر عهده دارد. سری پهپادهای مهاجر دارای قابلیتهای اطلاعاتی، نظارتی و شناسایی هستند و مدل مهاجر-۲ که به نام محلی آرپیا یا ANSU-100 شناخته میشود میتواند بمب هوشمند و نقطهزن اپتیکی-حرارتی قائم را در پایین بالهای خود قرار دهد.
صنایع هوایی قدس که وابسته به سازمان صنایع هوایی وزارت دفاع است، در اکتبر ۲۰۲۳ (مهر ۱۴۰۲) تحت فرمان اجرایی ۱۳۹۴۹ به دلیل ارتباط با وزارت دفاع جمهوری اسلامی تحریم شد. همچنین خوزه خسوس اوردانتا گونزالس، رئیس شرکت EANSA، به دلیل هماهنگی با اعضا و نمایندگان نیروی مسلح ایران و ونزوئلا در زمینه تولید هواپیمای بدون سرنشین در این کشور آمریکای جنوبی تحریم گردند.
در دسامبر ۲۰۲۵ (آذر ۱۴۰۴) دفتر کنترل داراییهای خارجی آمریکا (OFAC) فشار تحریمها بر ونزوئلا را افزایش داد. طیف وسیعی از افراد، شرکتها و کشتیها به دلیل ارتباط با شرکت نفت دولتی ونزوئلا (PDVSA) و همچنین ارتباط با گسترش بینالمللی مواد مخدر غیرقانونی تحریم شدهاند. این فشار اخیرا با دستگیری رئیس جمهوری ونزوئلا مادورو توسط نیروهای ویژه آمریکا به اوج خود رسید.

a Venezuelan company and its chairman have been sanctioned for purchasing Iranian UAVs. The Venezuelan National Aviation Company EANSA, based in the capital of that country, maintains and oversees the assembly in Venezuela of Mohajer series UAVs built by Qods Aviation Company.The Mohajer series of UAVs have intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities and the Mohajer-2 model, known locally as the Arpia or ANSU-100 is capable of mounting the Qaem precision guided thermal optic smart bomb under its wings.
Qods Aviation Company, which is linked to the Aviation Industry Organisation of the Iranian Ministry of Defense, was sanctioned under Executive Order 13949 in October 2023, due to links with the Iranian Ministry of Defense Logistics Organisation (MODAFL). In addition Jose Jesus Urdaneta Gonzales, head of EANSA, was sanctioned for co-ordinating with members and other representatives of the Iranian and Venezuelan armed forces on the production of UAVs in the country.
In December 2025, OFAC increased sanctions pressure on Venezuela. A wide range of people, companies and vessels have been sanctioned for links to the Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA, as well as for links to international illicit drug proliferation. This pressure has most recently culminated in the arrest of Venezuela president Maduro by US special forces.
