شرکت سیرس شپینگ (Ceres Shipping Ltd) مستقر در هنگ کنگ و مالک کشتی Ceres 1 است که در حمل و نقل نفت ایرانی از سال ۱۴۰۰ شرکت کرده است.
در دی ماه سال ۱۴۰۲ کشتی Ceres 1 حدود سی صد هزار تن نفت خام ایرانی را به نمایندگی از شرکت نفت ملی ایران، CCPC و Jazira Das International Products Trading LLC حمل کرد. به دلیل نقش آن در دور زدن تحریم‌های مرتبط با شرکت نفت ملی ایران، این شرکت توسط ایالات متحده تحریم شده است.
در تیر ماه سال ۱۴۰۳ Ceres 1 درگیر تصادف با یک کشتی نفت‌کش دیگر شد که باعث سرریز نفت در آب‌های بین‌المللی نزدیک مالزی شد. در زمان تصادف، سیگنال‌های ردیابی کشتی Ceres 1 با موقعیت آن مطابقت نداشت، که مانع ارتباط با کشتی دیگر شد.

Hong Kong based Ceres Shipping Ltd is the owner of the oil tanker Ceres 1, which has been involved in the transfer of Iranian oil since 2021.
In January 2024, the Ceres 1 transported around 300,000 tons of Iranian crude oil on behalf of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), China Concord Petroleum Company (CCPC) and Jazira Das International Products Trading LLC. For its role in evading sanctions related to NIOC, the company has been sanctioned by the USA.
In July 2024, the Ceres 1 was involved in a collision with another oil tanker that caused an oil spill in the international waters near Malaysia. At the time of the collision the Ceres 1's tracking signals were inconsistent with its position, which prevented communication with the other vessel.
